Turkish World Educational Sciences International Congress -III
In studies with a single author, the whole process proceeds with the owner of the paper, while in studies with a co-author, a responsible author manages the process. The corresponding author is responsible for sending the paper to the congress, following the correspondence, informing other authors about the acceptance process and registering in case of acceptance. The language of submission of abstracts and presentations to the congress is Turkish, English, French, German, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Uzbek.
In addition to the completed studies, the studies that are still in progress can be sent to the congress as a summary. Incomplete studies are expected to be completed by the presentation of the paper. All abstracts to be sent to the congress must be written in accordance with the abstract template that can be accessed from the link below. Abstracts not submitted in accordance with the template will be returned to the responsible author for editing. Click here for the abstract template.
Submission of Papers
We kindly ask you to send the paper that you have prepared in accordance with the format to the e-mail address email@example.com. The e-mail address you will contact should not be hotmail extension.
The abstract texts of the Gazi University International Congress of Turkish World Educational Sciences will be categorized in accordance with their themes and published in the "Proceedings Abstracts E-Book" after the congress.
Registration and Payment

- Listener** : Free
* An author can participate with a maximum of two papers. Participation fee is paid per paper. A participant certificate is issued to all authors of the paper.
**Attendance in all events in the congress is free of charge. A certificate of participation is not issued to the audience participants.
Congress Registration Cancellation
Researchers who refuse to participate in the congress must cancel their registration before 7.11.2023. In this case, the registration fees are returned to the researchers. After this date, it is not possible to cancel the registration and refund the fee.
