Paper Submission

Paper Format
In studies with a single author, the whole process proceeds with the owner of the paper, while in studies with a co-author, a responsible author manages the process. The corresponding author is responsible for sending the paper to the congress, following the correspondence, informing other authors about the acceptance process and registering in case of acceptance. The language of submission of abstracts and presentations to the congress is Turkish, English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Uzbek.
In addition to the completed studies, the studies that are still in progress can be sent to the congress as a summary. Incomplete studies are expected to be completed by the presentation of the paper.All abstracts to be sent to the congress must be written in accordance with the abstract template that can be accessed from the link below. Submission of Papers
We kindly ask you to send the paper that you have prepared in accordance with the format to the e-mail address gaziturkdunyasi@gazi.edu.tr.

Proceedings Books
The abstract texts of the Gazi University International Congress of Turkish World Educational Sciences will be categorized in accordance with their themes and published in the "Proceedings Abstracts E-Book" after the congress. In addition, if the authors want to send full texts, these texts can be accepted for publication in the "Full Text E-Book" or the Journal of Research in Education and Society (e-ISSN 2458-9624) within the body of our Institute, in line with the decision of the congress organizing committee.

Registration and Payment

Congress Registration Cancellation
Researchers who refuse to participate in the congress must cancel their registration before the congress program is announced. In this case, the registration fees are returned to the researchers. After the program is announced, it is not possible to cancel the registration and refund the fee.
